the sale of our products. It was a maintenance heavy solution that
required us to charge for it. As we received your advice and
feedback we have been able to improve the site in ease of use,
stability, and capacity. We have also been able to automate the
vast majority of the store maintenance using New Type's Web Arena Portal
Builder software. Thanks to these improvements we are happy to
announce that the YJS is now free to any of our resellers who fill out
and fax in a Jetbook Store Agreement.

Why are we doing this for our Resellers?
We know how difficult it is for resellers to keep all of their pricing
and specifications up to date on their web pages. Many Resellers
decide they have too many products to update so they remove configurable
products such as Jetbooks. We thought providing a store is a
better answer..
How does YOUR JETBOOK STORE
work?
We have developed a database
driven store and made it available to our Resellers. You simply
set a dedicated link from your web page and your store is on-line,
working, up to date, and secure.
Here are 8 improvements from the previous version
of the Your Jetbook Stores.
1. The most obvious change is the price. This
version is free.
2. The store's database was built on our Oracle
database and links closely to our corporate database so that both
price and product information will be updated centrally from our
database by our system administrator. This means the information in the
YJS will be updated immediately when Jetta updates its price and product
information.
3. Testimony page - This page shows real
comments from Jetbook owners from all over the country.
4. Tech Support page - This page links to
Jetta's Technical Support On-Line Knowledge Database. Your customers can
retrieve answer from our database by model and keyword and they can also
ask questions on this page. Jetta's tech support will answer the
questions for them by email and the questions and answers will be posted
on our database so that other users can share use knowledge base.
5. RMA Request and RMA Status page - This
link allows your customers to apply for RMA numbers and trace their RMAs
online.
6. Online spec sheet page -
This page shows current Jetbook notebook specification sheets. Jetta
updates and removes these page sheets automatically as needed. For
Resellers it is simply a hands free method of advertising the product.
7. UPS Freight calculation page - UPS
Freight is calculated by our program. We will update the freight rate
for you when UPS changes their rates. The freight calculated is based on
UPS rate chart and zone chart based from the Zip code you assign to your
customers address.
8. Store Administration - Store
administration is easy and simple. In this Store administration page,
you can view all of your orders and monthly order reports, you can setup
your mark up and state sales tax rate, you can add a handling fee onto
the charge, and you can update your company information and password.
You see online stores from many vendors but we have not found any other
vendor providing this level of flexibility and functionality in their
online stores. This is a professional on-line store designed to assist
you, our resellers, in making more money, providing better service,
selling more product, while lessening your work load..
