Repair Request


Once you have sent your Jetbook for RMA service, you can trace your RMA status online anytime and anywhere by clicking RMA STATUS.

Before tracing your RMA status, please have your RMA number( Return Merchandise Authorization Number) ready. If you forgot your RMA number, then send an e-mail to rma@jetta.com including your name, your phone number and the Serial Number of your laptop to request the status of your RMA.

Return Merchandise Policy 
(Please scroll down this page and read this policy carefully)

Return Procedures:

1. A Return Merchandize Authorized number will be e-mailed to you after the RMA request form is submitted.
2. Pack the computer carefully, list the items you are sending back.
3. Write the RMA number on an easily seen location on the outside box.
4. Mail it to Jetta Repair Center at following address

51 Stouts Lane, Suite 5     Monmouth Junction, NJ 08852

Special Terms:

1. No RMA number will be issued without SERIAL NUMBER 
2. Issued RMA number is only good for 15 days. Units shipped next day air gets higher priority.
3. Merchandise returned without a RMA no. or with voided RMA no. will be rejected and returned
4. All warranties based on original purchased date. 
5. Merchandise which is damaged by customer will be considered out of warranty.
6. Jetta will not be liable for missing goods or any damages during transportation.
7. COD package will be refused (no exception)
8. If problem is not hardware related or problem can not be found, $95 handling charge will be applied. Sender will also be responsible for the freight back. If there is virus infection, Jetta will do its best to remove the virus, but do not guarantee it.
9. Jetta do not guarantee 100% compatibility on any software that is released after the machine sold, especially with proprietary, personally developed software.
10. All out of warranty parts replaced have 6 months warranty.

Notes:

1. Backup all your files before sending computer, Jetta is not responsible for files in the computer.
2. There is a three to four working days turnaround time in general.
3. Parts changed in all out-of-warranty systems will have 6 month warranty.
4. Warranty will not be extended if it is warranty repair.
5. Labor fee, $95 per system for out of warranty repairs or inspection.
6. Out of warranty RMAs left at Jetta's repair center for over 6 months will be forfeited.
